I left a stop sign and.....
The car seemed to "miss" or whatnot... Hard to explain. However now it feels like either the axle or front diff is binding....
I don't feel anything really if i put it in reverse, but when in drive it seems like its catching on something with every revolution of the wheel. I am hoping that it is an axle and maybe the passenger (older axle) outer CV joint took a poop on me but I don't know. Im missing classes today to tear it apart as I need a car, but would like some sort of feedback before I get into it and buy an axle. Thanks, Mike

Sounds like the way mine was behaving. I believe it was the front diff. There was a loud crunching with rougly every revolution of the wheel as it got to the end of its life.
Don't know what it was for sure because I'm halfway through my 5spd swap and honestly don't care what's wrong with that junk automatic!

I dont think they do anything to the front differential.

Wow, I would have thought they'd do SOMETHING with it...
The stock ones are prone to go, so if you spend that kind of money on a tranny you'd think they'd do something about that issue. Maybe they have a warranty that would cover it? After doing alot of research when mine went out, I decided to go 5speed. One of the main reasons is that to change the front diff on these cars, you have to pull the tranny and all work related to that. Best of luck on yours.

oh ya, thats what i hear... I have no immediate plans to fix it. Prob just going to sit there for a while.
lol there's prob no warranty, i did send them an email though.
