Definitely had a great time again this year, this was our fifth Reading. It's great to see most of the original crowd returning every year as well as meeting all of the new folks coming to their first Reading.

A few people stopped to thank me and the others that put some time into organizing a few of the event. But it isn't the Rally or the Raffles that make each year better than the last, it is the GREAT group of people that come out each year that make this "My favorite Holiday"

It is so wonderful to hang out with such a diverse group of people all talking and having fun. Although we all enjoy seeing the cars and spying the sparkly ones and the modifications that others have done, what makes it a great meet is everyone that came out to it.

THANK YOU ALL for making this the BEST READING EVER!!!!!!

ps... We have already begun talking about Reading X. We are looking to make it a three day event. Please let us know what your favorite parts were and if there was anything that you feel could be improved to make Reading X the Best Reading Ever.

HellYeah!

I had an amazing time - what a great group of fun, helpful passionate SVX enthusiasts - next year I am staying over, work will have to wait!

Special thanks to the organizers and the crew who jumped in to help put my PS return line back together when it blew off and fouled the parking lot - YT, you are THE man.

The rally was a blast. I have dibs on COZYKAT as a navigator next year unless she brings her own SVX up from TX.

I am glad that my Boxer cover ended up in good hands and that the other raffle winners ended up with some pretty neat stuff. If it isn't installed by next year, maybe I'll raffle my SVX air purifier....maybe.

Looking forward to the stream of photos and vids,

-Dave Wynn

That BOXER cover lasted a matter of minutes after the webcast before it was on my Pearly!

Little more light, a remote mic, and a publicized link, and the 'cast would've been tops. Room for improvement for Reading X!

Another Great Meet

The weather was great and there were fine cars and drivers everywhere! Even though I missed last year's Reading, I'm glad I made this one. It was nice to catch up to people I'd not seen in years, along with many new faces. Enjoyed lunch with Harry, Ban and SVX-FF and our long car chat. Ban, hope the drive didn't corrupt you too badly (and I wasn't able to catch up to you before leaving; please forgive me).

As has always been the case, once I left, I didn't see a single SVX on the road all the way home. Unfortunately, What I did have to endure was someone in a three-door Suzuki that kept tailgating me and blasting past me. The last time as I was doing about 90, I'd had enough and showed them...

As first timers, Ben and I thank everyone for the hospitality. If we decide to fly up again next year we'll at least bring the SVX key fob and join in with the others unlocking each others doors.

Talking I made an account just to say hullo from the reading!

I finally got a name on here so I could thank you guys all for a fantastic weekend of fun and great stories. My first time seeing and hearing about you guys and girls was much fun, and made the hours and hours of travel sooo worth it! My dad (processengr) and I thank you all for such a great time, I'll post some of the pictures I took (I took way too many :P) soon.
thanks also for all the compliments on the tribeca wheels, I have to say there was quite the display there.

Well as most of you know I made my first Reading meet with my own SVX. I am officially changing her name to Samantha TK = Samantha Tranny Killer. She still slips but if I only drive her once a week It should last until next Reading.

I loved being reunited with all of my SVX family and meeting new ones. There was no shortage of intelligent conversation about SVX and non SVX stuff. The vast number of cars was just staggering to me. It took a little bit to get them all in the shot. I am sorry Rose lost her vote on the color arrangement but a vote is a vote.

It was a real treat talking with Gordan (processengr) and his daughter Lauren(needs a screen name). I met Dan(SVX92-97) and his wife? (to much sun/beer) I did relay the message to my dad for you. He was excited that you got the title all straightened out. I can not forget Chris (KFC or Bust).

Steve
Daughter Lauren now has one,
