So who do I get the connector from? I'm getting sick of my stock CD player that plays when it wants to, other times just spits the disc out at me (especially with burnt discs, some days it'll play a burnt disc fine, and then the next day it'll refuse to play the same disc...) That and I miss my MP3 deck...

when I wired mine I left the harness in and cut only the wires I needed, as I recall I ended up leavin a few attached to the oem harness... I crimped weather resistant spade connecters (where the insulation covers the connection, sliding into the mate's insulation) on the wires so there would be no need to cut/splice/test and repeat when I change the unit... simply crimp the female connectors on the new harness, or the stock one you cut. cost: $6.83 with the tax.

...i no longer have any wiring from the stock sound system in the car, period.

Well, I emailed SVXdc about getting a harness, I was gonna just use some splice connectors (The ones you can crimp over an existing wire that give you a spade connection to tap into) but then the thought of doing all that while working inside the radio cage made me decide to just do it the right way and order his harness. So today I'm going to go buy a fuse holder and do an interior clean/amp wiring install, so once the wiring comes I just have to install my deck. (And I gotta find one of the block-off plates that comes in the cars w/out the CD player so I don't have a hole in the dash lol)
