Connect a trouble lamp across the fuse connections. You may be able to hold wires in place using a blown fuse. Because of the short circuit, the lamp will illuminate.

Move all the associated wiring about while observing the lamp. Pay particular attention to the cigarette lighter and remove the element section. Check the socket for something across the contacts. You will have to follow your nose.

Had another problem, when I put the rear wiper on INT it wont move, but if I put it on ON it works fine. Maybe that might help some more. Also, SunVisor Lights do not work and Side View mirrors power does not work.

A contact in the wiper switch, by grounding a wire to the timer unit (coded orange in colour), initiates a signal from the timer control unit to the wiper relay. Switch most likely, then connectors, timer ? Not the relay and not likely the timer, if the wiper works in the wash position.

The sun visor wiring is a common fault as it is flexed. Do a search as it is well documented.

The mirrors are supplied via fuse No. 3, so that this is not unexpected and proves a point.

No, only number three as was previously referred to. However you might as well check them all for good measure.

The proper and reliable way to test fuses is by connecting a lamp or voltmeter across the fuse with the protected circuit on and drawing current. If voltage is indicated, this shows the fuse is open circuit or blown. However this test is often difficult as the fuse connections are often concealed. With the fuse is removed, it is best to test it electrically for continuity, as sometimes a break in the element may not be visible.

Alright I am going to borrow my teachers Voltmeter and test it for its electrical current, what am I looking for?

Fixed it, somewhat. I got some more fuses, and took out the 10A on that goes to the Clock. I then replaced the Cigar/Mirror one that is blown, now I have A/C but no clock.
