Bubbles in ATF... is this bad?

Hey team, I overfilled my atf a bit. Photo is with engine hot.
Is this bad? Should I drain and refill?

I only ask as I am driving to Wake Forest from Delaware and this will be the longest non-stop trip for my girl. She's a '95 with 108000.

Got Mobil1 ATF in there and shifts and runs fine now, but I would not mind fixing ATF if the bubbles are a bad thing.

Thanks,
Adrian

Significant Technical Input
Bubbles aren't good. Besides aerating the fluid and possibly dropping line pressure (air compresses, fluid doesn't) excessive fluid at highway speeds can expand and blow out the tranny vent, possibly onto the exhaust and catching fire. Happens quite a bit in Colorado, in the Eisenhower Tunnel.

I am taking automatic transmissions at school right now and my teacher talked about this not to long ago. It is bad and you should drain your tranny a little and get it as close to the full line as possible. Wouldn't be a bad thing to add a can of transmission conditioner either. I have heard a lot of good stuff about the BG brand. That is what I used on my car.

Is it possible to siphon out ATF through the dip stick tube?
Let's say with a slender length of tubing.

I overfilled mine recently and it started leaking so I had to drain some out.

Easiest way is to put a pan under the car and then undo the drain plug but hold it in place with your fingers so that there is only a small gap for the fluid to trickle through. Screw it back in when enough has drained out. You'll get fluid all over your hand, so don't do it when the transmission is hot.

YOur tranny is overfilled and air bubles in a tranny is as bad as air bubbles in your veins. You can drain the fluid out of the fill tube with a siphon, but it requires a little patience.
