How about the difference between 87 and 93.. usually 20 cents.. one staion i stopped at had 1.99 posted for regular and 2.09 for plus.. and then i see the 93 price on the pump 2.49.. what the?? (and i know some have four grades, but this station only had 87, 89, and 93)

also.. what about pumps that have only one hose for all three grades? is there gas in the hose left from the last person? if so wouldnt that amount to a lot of 87 (usually) getting in with the 93 we are paying for..

I can get to work in Broomfield in 20 mins. I could get to 120th in 15.

Their house is very nice, and has a finished basement! If you want a flyer, let me know and pm me your fax # and I'll grab one tonight.

There's a few other houses in the subdivision up for sale too, so if you wanted to come up and take a look around, lemme know!
i work in black hawk so i'd be taking 1-25 south until i-76 west and finally merging with i-70. how long do you think it'd take to get to golden from frederick?

i was intrigued by the lot sizes in your development and the availability of 3-car garage. i love my area, but there is a premium for living in the southwest metro area. and special district property taxes are killing me. if you have a chance, go ahead and PM the address and i will see if i can find it at realtor.com before you fax it to me.

Getting to Golden from our house would probably take about 45 mins if the traffic is decent. I'd have to time it again next time we went to GJ to visit her parents, but that seems about right.

Here's a link to their house:

crap almighty, went down the street to fill up and it shot up to $2.75 for 92oct. I might need a second job just to pay for gas. I travel around 3-4k miles a month in the car. My co is in the talks about reimbursing gas since it has gone up so much, but in the mean time paying $43 to fill up is freakin insane, and for me I go through 1-3 tanks per week.

A pain in the gas

Try to use same station most of the time. Have seen 8 cent increase in 2 weeks.... 2.15 now 2.23 for 92 octane... expect my little gas station to rise in future... expect 2.50
