230PS is metric, but it doesn't convert the way you would like it to.

230PS = 227bhp

My guess is that the article uses the term 'turbo' as an adjective in this case. It's not descriptive in a literal sense, just exciting to read. 'Cool,' in English, doesn't necessarily mean something's low in temperature. 'Turbo,' as I take it in this case, just means 'powerful' or 'fast,' not literally a 'turbo' car.

You see a lot of this adoption of English terms in other counteries all over the world. Japan is another example that comes to mind. They use English words all the time that don't necessarily describe the thing they're referring to, but invoke a certain image or feeling from the reader.

Sorry, Dayle, I think this offers extremely weak proof of an actual factory turbocharged SVX.
