Take a picture of it and post in your locker. Also send a copy to Myxalplyx who runs the scoobymile registry. You'll have the fastest all motor SVX in there!

Your SVX is also officially faster than poweredx2's 14.78 run (w/o NOS). You now have the time to beat around here!

Great job!

I'll be going to the track, but hopefully the new motor clutch and ecutune stg1 will be on par with your runs. Your time slips have pretty much verified that my clutch was rediculous

No kidding? Thats pretty cool!

No I haven't even cut up the bumber supports yet, or got a light weight hood , or flywheel, or seats. Hell by the time I'm done I'll have this thing close to 3,000Lbs and still have an iterior.

Phil are you talking about when you were running your ACT clutch? Thats what i'm still running. THe first like 4 runs I let up slowly and spun the clutch a bit befor it just bit in and took off, the rest of the runs I eaither dumped it and broke the tires free or bogged it and sucked. But it never seemed to have a problem holding the motor or moving the car. I do have a feeling that a 75shot would put it over the edge though.

good times

I never considered to have the fastest time on motor but I had to speak up when people nag about how slow the svx is and about what they know about the car. This is great because I DON'T spend hours on the net correcting people typing errors but testing parts for my car,so I don't give this guy the same heat I got when I posted my times, don't worry I said it could be done.My goal now is to purchase a 92 svx install my engine and zex kit and run twelves.Man this is good 16s,15s,14s,13s,you know whats next but I will admit awd is king but fwd is nothing to fool with either.

Get yourself a zex kit and run some mid 13s,also if you can get you 60ft to say a 1.8 that would make a world of difference. You 5speed guys make me jealous.

Thumbs up Re: good times

Best of luck Walter. I'm sure a 12 sec SVX can be done with the right mods...

-Chike

P.S. I would also agree that these cars are faster than most people would give them credit for.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Awesome time...

You keep forgetting im running an NA housing, the pull clutch and push clutch have different ratings. It was only rated to 270 ft/lbs. This new clutch is rated at 450 shouldnt slip.

Oh yeah? I guess I'm just suprized you haven't scattered it all over the track yet. Then again that was becouse the clutch wouldn't hold

I think a nice oh say....stage two kit would be fun. You know it's fast when it's AWD and you still have traction problems off the line.

Talking It's a song by...

the group White Zombie called 'Creature of the Wheel'...

"New God kill machine

And man say Lord

Of the engines"

You can see the full lyrics here: Creature of the Wheel
