Not quite out of the park.

As many of you know, about 2 years ago I invented a "Mobile bullet, blast and fragment resistant partition" called the Defenshield. Got a patent, formed a corporation, lined up some manufacturers and recently had a couple of sales. (9-mile nuke plant in NY, and Naval Station Mayport in Fla)

Yesterday I hit a stand up triple (I consider a home-run to be the contract to protect all 2000 aviation security checkpoints) Long story short, the US Government has a Wish-book called the GSA Catalog. There are a lot of benifits to having a GSA contract and getting listed in the catalog. Mainly free marketing and no bidding for the product, the contract is already signed.
(Cut to the Chase) I'm in, The entire product line will be listed on the first of April, (no joke). If thing's pan out I may be able to afford to keep the SVX. Yesterday was a good day.

All you military types should run out and tell your CO!

Great product! I wish you luck in pursuing it. The listing should be very helpful for business.

Well, You've certainly watched the company grow... If it gets as big as I'm hearing we can have a meet at my beach house on Maui.

If you don't see me post for a while it means I'm doing great...

Heck No, we're gonna pull the "O" outta the H2O. then we're left with "H" which burns pretty nicely when remixed with the "O"

See ya on the beach!

Collins,

Can you PM or e-mail me some info, work e-mail is: lee.bridges@patrick.af.mil

If you have a brochure in pdf or Microsoft Office format I can produce a color copy (or you could snail mail it to):

Lee Bridges
45 RMS/RMO
1201 Edward H. White II Street
Patrick Air Force Base, FL 32925

The brochure would be nice because I would like to put product info in their hands physically, not just give a GSA or web page reference. If you don't mind, the PM or e-mail, should have a price for a single person shield - and if quantity discounts are given, etc.

We have already procured blast resistant glass for critical sites, but I think I could sell my general on these for when we go into higher Threat-Con levels for gate personnel - right now they basically just stand out there unprotected to check IDs. We will be having an ORI (I think about 6 months from now), and IMO it would be a plus just for that - not counting the daily protection plus-up.

Thanks Everyone... I just picked up a Color Laser printer so I can print the postcards, flyers, brochures, pricelists and so on without the bi-weekly trip to Kinko's. When you see them in airports you'll know there's a 6 speed in the SVX! and more than likely a supercharger, and definitely nitros and good tires,

And Paint

And Recaro's

And a nicer sterio

Does this go on forever?
