yup it looked like lavender...and it did look like grape jelly too. i hope to run into them again one day and take a picture. both colors look like that car. i can't remember which of the two it is, i'm leaning more towards the lavender though.

Yep, Saw it at Jack Miller Subaru here in KC a year or two back. It had a great big Kansas State U. Wildcat sticker in the middle of the windsheild, and was in horrible shape. I asked Phil, the shop guy, what was wrong with it (aside from the general crappy shape it was in...dents and paint chips all over it) and he said that it had the usual, bad bearings in the back and the tranny was on its last leg.
The owner wasn't there. It had just been dropped off. Not that I would want to meet the owner, having graduated from OU (I hate KSU) and being personally offended at the way this person kept thier SVX up ...and lets not forget that it was purple *bleck*

Labor-intensive photochop. At first I was trying to find the worst possible SVX color, but then I figured I'd try some non-hideous colors too. Good way to waste time.
