I need an owner's manual!!!
Anyone have an owner's manual for the 1992 SVX in electronic format that would be willing to e-mail it? If not, where is the best place to get an owner's manual? The one I just purchased came without it.
I tried the search route and didn't get anything useful except for service manuals. Thanks!!!

Do not leave a message. Talk to someone and they will ship it out. If they don't have it in stock anymore for 1992, get it for 1993. They are all the same (in most places). I say not in stock because SOA is only suppose to stock items for only 10 years after the production date. 1992 is out and 1993s are on the way out. Good luck L

No good. SOA no longer has owner's manuals available for either 1992 or 1993 SVX's. They directed me to a source at (866) 428-2278 that supposedly has manuals, service manuals, and TSBs available for sale. I guess I'll have to go that route. Thanks again for your help!

Then try the 94. Most of the stuff is the same. Most of the technical specs are the same. The only things that are different are:
In 92, 93 and 94: You have auto seat belts, you don't have airbags (and in 92/3) you don't have central locking button. In 94(1/2)+95: They come with manual seat belts and dual airbags. In 96+ They come with ODBII and no more powerlight. Also, 97s were refitted with thinner tires. There are a little more technical indepth stuff as well but for most users, that about the biggest difference. -- L ps. if you need a VIN for a 94 for SOA, let me know

call kerven subaru at 800KERVEN9. They can get you one for around $5 for a 92.

Lwin, Thanks for your assistance. Yes, I would like to pursue that avenue. After calling that publication service, I learned that it will take 2-3 weeks to get the 1992 manual as they can't find their original and it will cost $22.
