O/t Without Warning

Does anyone remember this made for TV movie about meteors hitting earth? It was on TV (CBS) back in 1994 right near Halloween. I had a copy of it on vhs that I taped but I can't seem to find it.

I know this is terribly off topic, but I have to hit up as many boards as I can. Someone out there must remember this.
