Re: Idiots and the SVX.

Ford Probe and a cop thought Killer Tomato was a Mazda. I should have said yes and gotten out of a $60 ticket for "license plate not fixed to the front of the car." You could see it better sitting in the front window than where I had to zip tie it to while I found a mount/bolts to hold it on.

Back in, always. If they can open their drivers door, you can open yours.

When I see people park on the line, I center myself in the next spot. Centered, for me, = 1" from the line on both sides. They for sure cannot get out. I'm patient. No one has blocked me from getting in, but if they did, I would let the air out of all their tires.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, scotch in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA !!!!!

Re: Idiots and the SVX.

Let us not forget getting mistaken for a 240sx with a silvia front end. I have gotten that more than once.

Re: Idiots and the SVX.

I will always remember this. About 7 years ago I pulled into a Sheetz to get some gas. When they turn the pump on to allow you to get gas, they say something like "Pump 2 is on for the red ford."

I got: "Pump 2 is on for the green uhhh... car." That was back when there were a lot more SVXs on the road too.
