Possible transmission rebuild source

Hi all,

I spend a good deal of time over at the Impreza Club (www.i-club.com) and have a number of friends who drive RS's and WRX's. I get together with these guys often to show them that Subaru realy can build a beautiful car.

Anyhow, I saw this thread over there and wanted to post it here. Scroll down the thread to the post by Rally Knight. It appears he has some good experience with Subaru 4EAT transmission. He may be a viable alternative to Level 10 for a West Coast rebuild. I not knocking Level 10 as I have NO experience with them. I just wanted to offer you all the info I found.
