Re: exhaust donut gaskets
They are the same as some nissans. I know napa sells them, but you have to have them look it up for a 1994 legacy because their parts catalog doesn't list them for SVX

Re: exhaust donut gaskets
I asked napa about the legacy and they didnt have it, he said just bring the gasket in for him to match up with another one. my issue is getting the gaskets off in 1 piece :S, either that or i pay 70 at subaru for all 3

Re: exhaust donut gaskets
RTV in the exhaust eh? Not worried about fouling the O2s? I would still consider the NAPA gaskets, ive had good luck with theirs since for the most part they supply corrugated metal crush type instead of the ceramic gritty ones..... although ill be the very first to admit, working with most exhaust connections is a PITA. I used to have to redo my manifold and flange gaskets every 6 months on my old 4-cyl toyota truck (in HS, before I knew what machining was) which are notorious for exhaust leaks from there. I just hate that pptpthphhtppthp sound on an otherwise good running engine

Re: exhaust donut gaskets
why would it affect my O2 sensors? its on the gaskets around the y-pipe cat which comes after?
and i called napa and they dont have a record of it. they dont even have 92-94 legacy echaust gaskets in their records, but they have records for an XT6 lol

Re: exhaust donut gaskets
Errr I meant the cat yeah.... the cat.......
For some reason I was still thinking about my toyota exhaust, it had a single O2 after the Y pipe. |

Re: exhaust donut gaskets
hi exhaust dounts for svx ,the rear one is bigger than any early legacy ,the front 2 i beleive are close to 1.8 impreza ,the sping bolts are longer but i use legacy ones ,rtv is never smart on exhaust any where silicone can pass through a 02 sensor it will ruin it
