piston and ring options?

i'm starting to collect parts for my newest engine build, an eg33
instead of another 388ci sbc, should be assembling it soon.
should be about n/a 500hp.
the 388 that is.
anywho for the 3.3 i'm thinking i'd like to put in new pistons.
guessing the 1st overbore, what's that .025?
what are the options?
i see ecutune has lo comp, but i want as much compression as i can get.
knock sensor will take care of any octane issues.
small car parts has rings and the header flange i'm gonna need.
i haven't even opened up this engine i've got but from the looks of the oil
i drained
so i just wondering if anyone had seen/heard of any other options?
i've still gotta check to see if total seal makes a gapless ring set.
and then if i can get durashield rod/main bearings
now that would be dope!
btw i'm not looking to make mad power w/ the eg33.
just a lil more across the revs and better fuel economy?
i'm getting 24mpg, consistently, now.
yes i've read rallybob's build which is more rad than i'm lookin to get.

Significant Technical Input
Re: piston and ring options?

Actually I'm not selling any engine components anymore. If you want high compression though I can build you an engine. My long blocks are $6500. I have 10.2 compression and 11.0 compression ratios available.

Any ballpark performance numbers, by chance?

thanx lan
i saw about no more parts.
i'm thinkin more like doing it myself/locally.
I'm an ok engine builder, not pro by any means.
but at least they don't blow up
I like the gearhead part too.
As i'll do my own port/polish/headers.
other than these parts i'm thinkin maybe get the cams reground.
I'd like a lil more intake adv and exhaust retard cam timing.
which should give me a lil better combustion, here @ 4200'.
I haven't investigated making the OE timing sprockets adjustable, by a few degrees.
which would mean no regrinding.
i'm gonna do it slowly over the summer.
muffler replacement along w/ new o2 sensors 1st
then headers (coated) done by, aug?
by that time i should have most of the engine machining done.
i thought i might as well go max over bore/max displacement=max power, if i'm gonna build this engine.
any build suggestions are welcomed

who?
me or lan?
i'm thinking oe+ a few hp, mostly smooth out the power.
i think i could build a more powerful engine but i don't wanna blow up my AT.
the trans is the weak link and until I see a BURLY race 4EAT i'm not gonna mess w/ much more hp.
plus i'm working on getting my 18's on (saving for rubber)

which i'd have if it weren't for this rig, ugh!
