tranny shift from 1st to 2nd

In my opinion, my transmission shift from 1st to 2nd is a bit rough. It reminds me of my old Dodge. All other shifts are very smooth by comparison. I'd say it's this way all the time, regardless of how long I've run the car. Sort of abrupt and hard is the way I'd describe it. For maintenance I had the tranny flushed by the dealer about 3 weeks ago. No real change. What do you think?

My car has always shifted rough from 1st to 2nd. The car will seldom accelerate a bit, with no help from the gas peddle, before slamming roughly into 2nd. I think it's normal. I wouldn't worry.
