It's only on the Japanese cars zavikan.
We don't have a way of knowing what the parts are, because it is part of the remote JDM central locking system. This is not shown on the Oz or NZ models, so is not in the English language WSM. No doubt it is in the Japanese language one, but nobody we know has such a manual. Joe

Things don't add up...
That link earlier showed directions for it in english, (logically) I would assume there would be some sort of english swm for it too... Odd. If the Oz one has it, then it has JDM central locking? but no repair manual? That doesn't make much sense... what would australian subaru dealers do to fix it? I would think Subaru would of provided them with the ability....
