The company I work for now compensates pretty well but their healthcare benefits suck and it is expected that management work 7:30-6:30 every day (without overtime or comp time) It was fine for me for a while but I can't come home at 7 and put my kid to bed at 8 every day. I also wanted a huge stable company that I could move around in and retire from. Michelin isn't going anywhere until cars start hovering.
