I have a nice used alternator that was pulled off of a running 92, I will sell it for $75 shipped to you, I take paypal or money orders, just let me know. Thanks, Matt Cool.
I just looked and found a tag on it that says it was rebuilt in 9/04.

Unless a used one was recently rebuilt I'd get yours rebuilt from a local starter/alt shop. Should cost between $100-150 and will last much longer than any of the crap you get from a chain. Most alternators only last about 150k or so before needing something rebuilt. Its just wiser to save yourself the hassle and probably another battery replacement (don't forget to charge your battery fully before installing the alt!).

i bought the car off a guy who just recently replaced the alternator, i dont have any of the warranty info on the alternator from the guy i bought it from...bad story....not sure what to do.....

Have it rebuit at a local shop. Any remaned one I've ever gotten from a chain was nothing but expensive crap.
