Engine harness cost?

Anyone know how much the engine wirirng harness is? I'll call the dealer on Monday but I was curious as to what the damage is going to be.

The wires that go the the crank and cam sensors are so brittle they are cracking. The knock sensor connections aren't so hot either. I don't feel good about using it.

As per

http://www.subaruparts.com/diag/?mod...category=091-A

It's $231+shipping for a brand new harness

I would have thought it would have been more. Yes, it is expensive, but that control many things.

harvey,

Thanks again. I got the cam timing right and I was able to preload the sub gear on the cam sprocket.

svxcuseme,

Things are moving slowly. I was putting in 20 hours a week at work when I first got the car so I had plenty of time. Now work has really statred to pick up so things with the car have slowed down.

Tom,

Its the harness that goes to the knock, crank, cam sensors. Part Number: 24020AA950. You don't happen to have an extra?
