If that's the case, would it be possible for you to post a reference picture or provide a link to a picture of the production Si interior? Last edited by SVXtra; 08-25-2005 at 07:18 PM. |

Even though I like how the Honda Civic Si looks, and the fact that it does have the same exact engine as its EDM/JDM counterpart, which makes me rather tempted by it.
I still wanted Honda to just bring over the Type R. In hatch form it probably weighs just as much as the coupe yet is more practical. I also like the taillights better. I even feel that the new Civic sedan has sportier taillights, the ones on the Si make it look like an Accord. And there is no excuse about it being not as synanamous with Honda or even import tuning for that matter since the Type R nameplate is just as well known, if not more, by American tuners. I am starting to get fed up with Honda's two world policy applied to the US, with current US, European and Japanese crash and emissions standards there is no reason for it. Aside from those critisms, the new Civic Si is a great car for its price range, which I hope is in the low 20s because there is no exuse on Honda's part to pull an 05 Mustang and start racateering the prices.
