gas mileage

Could the oxigen sensors be a reason for poor gas mileage? My 92 was good on mileage until a few days ago I been noticing that my gas mileage went ****s. Any ideas???

Is the gas in it now the same as you have been using? That will make a difference sometimes. How about where you are driving and the type of driving? Good luck.

I had been in this area for over 3 years and the kind of gas is allways 92 or 93 octane, and the way I drive I don't dog my car. I take really good care.

I think you misunderstood Earl. I think he meant, are you buying the same brand of gas?

And I doubt he was picking on your driving - I think he was asking if you're seeing the same ratio of city/highway driving that you usually do.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset for that, Yes I think I'm getting less mileage on the city/highway. The gas brand I'm using is Shell, there isn't a Texaco station around here. Any ideas????
