Atkins

Randy,
My wife and I are also Atkins dieters. We did about five years ago and got real healthy, but then went back to sugar and flour and stuff. We decided last January that we needed to do it again.

We've each lost about eleven pounds. People don't ever think I need to lose, but I feel so much better when I'm on it, that that alone is worth it. I'm nearly six feet tall and I'm having to cinch up my belt a lot tighter on my (31 inch waist) pants.

A couple of months ago a lady at church said to my wife, "You've either lost weight or got a boob job."

Our cholesterol and triglycerides have never been lower. It's like, even our vision has improved. And as an added bonus, no more headaches!

We've become Atkins evangelists!

Was,

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been on it for 7 weeks now. Lost about 13 lbs. It's more expensive to eat low carbs but so far it's worth it. I've heard stories good and bad about this diet. I have to find out for myself. I'm currently sitting in blue jeans that I haven't worn for several years,

And the luck continues. The plastic window started to separate from the convertable top today. I discovered this while bypassing my newly leaking heater core.

Randy (If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all) ii
