Dyno results for the built motor and s/c

Well I got to the dyno today and did three pulls. The numbers were bad but there are a few issues to be resolved. One, I need more fuel pressure ( i.e buy a walbro and an adjustable FPR), Two, there was a possible boost leak and or belt slippage, and three the leak in the exhaust needs to be fixed. The leak was causing their AFR numbers to be skewed. The one good thing is that we seem to have corrected the curves with the new cam profiles. The curves look great ( they just need to move up a lot)

Sorry in advance that they are just photos of the charts. My scanner is not compatible with Vista.

BTW red is HP, blue is TQ, green is boost, and black is AFR

actually looks like it's 5.5ish psi. Looks like he has a lot of belt slip. Looks like the motor is making torque out to 5750 rpms so with the bigger pulley and the belt tightened we'll probably see some pretty big numbers

Tighten the one he has. Remember we had no choice but to make the supercharger pulley as small as possible to get it to fit under the hood. Even though we got exceptional belt wrap on the pulleys the belt still needs to be very tight.

And that was exactly what it was. The belt was never tightened down. I swapped pulleys and tightened the belts tonight. I will see how it feels in the AM.

And these real numbers will jump tremendously now that I have tightened the belt down. I am embarassed as to how loose I had it.
