Toyota Verso: vibrations in the car

My friend has a Toyota Verso with some issues.

When accellerating and turning, typically done when exiting a roundabout, and when going north of 80 km/h, the car starts vibrating. I wouldn't say that it's exclusive to the steering wheel, it's more or less the whole car.

The problem got slightly better when he changed wheels and tires but it's still present and annoying. It's not 100% consistent but ticks in most of the time in these situations.

Ball joints? Autotrans? diff? Any ideas?
