I've been hiding for a while.

This has been a rough year for my family.
The 'farm' is in limbo. The bank has been blocking the 'short sale' since feb. Offers, counter-offers, yadda,yadda. As it stands, The bank and I still 'own' it. The place got ripped to pieces by the last 'occupants'. 48 'body-bag' sized bags hauled out of house and yard, then I poured straight bleach into the bucket and 'mopped' everything to try to kill the stench.
Next, Mother-in-law took sick for a few weeks, then died on Memorial Day.
She went from an 'active' 92 year old to deceased in 3 weeks. Took a couple months to get wife 'back on track' and get back into my 'life'.
Next, we had a 'rod run' to pull off, so August was hectic. Got that over with.
Then, we had a 'surprise' baby shower for my eldest daughter. A week later, a problem with the cord, we had a beautiful 'stillborn' red headded Grandson.
The Funeral home called to say that his creamaines were ready to be picked up. Daughter was on her way here so we could go get him when a Policeman stopped by with 'insurace info' on the guy that 'hit-and-run' my Outback.
I didn't KNOW that my car was hit, but a State Trooper was following the guy when he did it.
Tried to 'rent' a car for wife to drive. Not a single car was available last week! Enterprise or Hertz!
It took state farm over week to call me. They still have not 'looked' at my car.

I Pray that I never see another 'summer' like this one!

These girls keep me 'sane'. Sweetest lil black dogs that ever barked!

Their 'daddy' Louie had to be 'put down' in June and their Mom, Molly went down in July.
Louie went about a year past his 'exparation date'. He didn't look like he was having 'fun' anymore. Molly's on-going bladder problems finally took her.
