i just checked, my vin plate is 06/91 must be an early one for sure, has 80,500 miles

Mine is 4/91 - number 00135.
Interesting trivia: Did you know that early SVX's have different steering wheels? The switch came about half way through the 92 model year.

The difference is very subtle. The later svx's have 4 seams in the leather running around the steering wheel. The earlier ones have 2 seams.
