iphone apps

Has anyone downloaded Dynolicious yet? If so how does it match up to a Gtech if you have one? I was hoping they would come up with an app like this
http://dynolicious.com/

Re: iphone apps

There was a post here a few weeks ago... And the folks on the Grassroots Motorsports Board had some good reviews of it.

From what I've read it's not worth buying an Iphone for, but if you already have one it's definately worth the ~$15, even just to play with

Re: iphone apps

I got it also, it's fun to play around with. I can't say how accurate it is since I haven't dyno'd my car or tested it with a Gtech.

But the skidpad and stuff like that on it are cool little toys.

Re: iphone apps

I saw a video review of it, and they said it was quite accurate when used properly. Better than most end user dynometers.

Re: iphone apps

I downloaded Dynolicious the day it came out and have done a few runs in other people's cars, but none in the SVX yet... I can't figure out what a 5MT swapped SVX L should weigh..> And I haven't had the time to go get the car weighed either... Anyone know what an SVX L that has been swapped to 5MT should weigh? (100lbs less than a stock SVX L I'm guessing...)... But I don't even know what a stock SVX weighs... I was gonna estimate 3,500lbs but not sure if that is accurate... What do youguys think?
