End of the world scenario, what to take?

Ok theoretical end of world scenario, whats on your grocery list for survival if we are dealt a blow to the civilized world as we know it. Rules are must be able to carry on self and 20 lb weight limit or 20 items.
my list
1.AK47 with 200 rounds-10 lbs
2.Leatherman
3.Fixed blade knife
4.Mag fire starter
5.para cord 100ft
6.backpack with one change of cold weather clothes
7.Basic first aid

Whats in your list?
Go!

I prefer the Gerber over the Leatherman.
I would add a water purifier to the list. (pump filtration, tablets or crystals)

I would want a handgun as well. Mk 23 preferrably. AK is a good choice as it is 7.62 which is larger than any other gun that I now of that is a similar style. Water purifiers are a must, handheld GPS also a must (assuming satellites are still working. If not, then a compass.

Not if your a good shot mostly for hunting and random defense, not all out war but survival. I choose it over a good hunting rifle because of its simplicity avaialbility of ammo and reliability. Ive seen most survivalists of what they carry is usually under 4lbs, no gun tho. Of course I would take my Mini 14, CZ40B, Taurus 357, and various other handguns I have, backpack might get a little heavy

2) Utility Knife
3) Rope

5)Water purifier
6) Firestarter
7)Small hatchet axe
8) A bottle of Aspirin
9) Blanket or sleeping bag

20lbs? My coat alone weighs 5...

cutting knife for cutting
stabbing knife for stabbing
9mm Baretta, >2 mags for killing on the run
compound bow for shootin arrows
arrows for killin at a leisurely pace
duct tape for tapin
nylon rope for tiein
markers for markin
handheld water filters
compact firestarter like mag clips
kinetic LED flashlight (it charges by shaking!)
a tarp for sleepin on
acoustic guitar for killing
plastic wheelbarrow for haulin all this crap I wouldn't otherwise need despite probably having enough pockets to keep it all

Keeping to the "rules" I'd ditch the barrow and guitar/bow (one of the other).

I'm probably not the only one having to search this:

pro·phy·lac·tic
–adjective
5. a device, usually a rubber sheath, used to prevent conception or venereal infection; condom.

Now I understand the last four items (or should it be eight?).

I will insert a Bible for introspective reading (in said time you gotta need that) and nylons for anit-chafing.
I do backpack btw and have almost all of the afore mentioned items already packed.
I like to be ready for a camping trip or the end of the world, whatever comes first.
