put a down payment on wiz's old car

svx parts car was listed in uncle henrys for 1250. car is in sidney.ME. after looking the car over offered 800. for car. Car has been left uncoverd and interior is molded. 150,000 miles on motor unsure of condition. My plan was to save the motor and most of the body panels for my 92.

The Problem: It would seem that the seller is Shady since it was left listed as for sale and he recieved a call from someone else interested in it. HE asked me to take my deposit back because he felt the new looker might be willing to pay more. I have a signed sales slip with my deposit and amount due that he doesn't want to honor.

I was told that the other person interested owns 3 SVX's. I Figure any one owning three would probably be a member on this sight.

Wiz-- If you read this could you chime in on the condition of the motor ,spark plug change,timing belt whatever was done to the car while you owned it.I personally know the two owners before you had her.
