Osteo-Bi Flex

This is some seriously good stuff. I started taking a pill a day for a few weeks now. The tightness in my right elbow is nearly gone. I couldn't set my arm 100% straight from an injury a year ago. A doctor mentioned that I should try Osteo-Bi Flex. I did and I can set my arm straight without the tight feeling anymore. A few days ago it was still tight.

good stuff, lube for your joints.

Thanks, I'll try some.
My right hip joint keeps sending me weather reports when it gets cold and rainy.

I wanted to try some of Ron's super goo from Ripimoff Industries on that joint, but can't wait untill a new batch is ready.

Yeah you should Larry, it's good stuff. Those pills are freaking huge though. Get the triple strength stuff from Sam's Club or those discount warehouse places. It's cheaper and better than the regular strength pills. They recommend taking 6 pills a day for the regular stuff. 2 per day with triple strength. Still kinda expensive though, it's like $30/240 capsules.

They say take 2 a day for a month and then pewter off to 1 per day. I just went the 1 per day route. Give it about a month and see if your hip's better.

That's what comes from looking at those dodgy websites.

My dad used to own a hardware store and had a customer, an elderly lady, who periodically bought a lot of WD-40. It turned out that she sprayed the stuff on her knees and other joints as a treatment for arthritis pain.

Some people should not be allowed to think for themselves.

But does that fix the problem at all or just hide it? Will it just come back worse than before if you stop taking the pills?

Proving that Larry will conjure up any excuse to rub his joint.

Moving right along,

If any of you suffer from gout, or any affliction caused by a build up of uric acid, the quickest way to relieve the attack is to drink some guaifenesin syrup. It is the main ingrediant in expectorant cough syrup. It will wash uot the uric acid as quickly as overnight.

Caution, just dont drink and drive, or post.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Wow. I just caught on to this post. One of the research projects I am involved in compares the effectiveness of incorporating glucosamine and chondroitin into postoperative rehab programs for patients with chronic inflammation from arthritis of degenerative joint disease to more conventional methods. I specialize in foot and ankle procedures, but some of the other guys are applying the research to total joint replacements and other facets. I am pretty sure Osteo biflex is one of the products included in my study. If you guys would like I can post the results of the study as they become available. So far the groups treated with G&C have had better mobility and less long-term post op pain. The only noticeable trade off has been stomach and bowel irritation.
