Re: show off your modded engine bay!

I'm loving the gold and the all black engine bays!! I'm working on ideas for a color scheme for the 3.3 I'm rebuilding for my rs.

Any more done up bays out there? Specially, the intake manifolds.

I liked the idea of sti pink for the vc's, im, and some of the covers, but at the same time I don't. The block, heads, and other aluminum pieces will be repainted aluminum, all black tubing and brackets pc'd black. I just want to do something rather eye grabbing for the ic and covers. Suggestions and PhotoShops welcomed, lol.

BTW, I'm planning to paint the car a metallic gunmetal of some sort, more dark then light. With a dark metallic gray on the rims.

Cool Re: show off your modded engine bay!

Ewie & Hairy took some of mine when we had 5 SVXs out here in Auckland last March/April - never seen any of the photos though (hint hint)

Re: show off your modded engine bay!

I only got some distance shots of your car with the bonnet up; nothing close unfortunately. Was too shiny, had to stand beack because of the glare
