Looking For 20 Ohm Resistors

After doing some half hearted searching I am unable to locate a seller for these things. Ive got a 15 and it helps, i got a 27 and its too much. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? thanks

Ive been to radio shack and they were no help.

Ignore the stores that you've heard of before (Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Radioshack), on the second page are some places you should call.

Why was'nt radiohsack any help? They sell lots of resistors. Would'nt 4 - 5ohm resistors do the job? I remember stringing some riduclous chain of resistors together to get the desired shift. Forgive me if I've overstepped my understanding of your problem...I'm definately not an EE.

P.S. if you're worried about increasing the resistance by stringing a couple together use a voltmeter to measure what you got and I'm sure you can dial in exactly 20 ohm's with the right combination of resistors. Good luck

(Radio Shack 20 years ago) > (Radio Shack today)

They've ditched a lot of floor space that used to house electronics bits for RC cars, cell phones, and assorted other trinkety stuff.

I go to Salina Electronics, which is an old, quiet building with an old, quiet guy behind the counter who probably invented capacitors, and he not only has all the parts on my list, but he also knows what the heck they are.
