FREE 4 factory wheels and 4 almost new tires

I am about to throw these out and will give them away to anyone paying for shipping.

I am in Chicago so pickup if you are local.

They came with the car when I bought it 3 years ago. Total miles on the tires between of and prev owner is 15k.

What tires are they? Summer, winter, or all-season?

I need a new set of tire before winter, nearly completely worn summer Toyos are not going to handle Iowa winters, as they are no longer in California.

and a set of wheels that aren't completely worn, paint-wise... and this is a great deal. I could probably drive out and pick them up, sometime, as well.

A few more details would be welcome.

Otherwise, Bheinen, if you are going anyway, perhaps we could make an arrangement, unless you need the wheels and tires for your own SVX...

They are Michelin XSE 215-55-15.

Looks to have been used only 15 to 20k miles.

Wheels are just dusty. In excellent condition.

Correct.

They are the stock 16" wheels.

Since I bought my 18" wheels, the stock wheels look like 15" to me.

considering this... I could seriously use a set of wheels and tires, and Chicago isn't too far to consider going for them.

Unless B'74 can make me a deal even more locally for 17" snows with wheels, or if I can find a real cheap set of 17"s to but them on... or a spare set of tires for my OE Legacy wheels, which are it's snow-duties...

If Nate hasn't already reserved them, I'll certainly take them, and can probably drive out there this weekend.

BTW, I am most interested in the tires, as the summer tires from Cali that are on my car now will not work in Iowa this winter, and I have to keep this car on the road this winter. I was hoping to save enough by picking up these tires, rather than new all-seasons, to afford to put the dampers on the Legacy that it needs, also before the winter.

If you need the wheels, Nate, perhaps we can make an arrangement for tire changing, or for the wheels that my car is currently wearing, with or without the summer Toyo T1-Rs that they are wearing.

otherwise, if you are in for the tires, and if you sent a message to him first, committing to it... I guess I may have been too hesitant.
