Ebay rotors... are they junk or good?

Just so that you know, I sell the stainless steel lines by themselves for $75.00 plus shipping.

I got my SS lines from Motorsports warehouse. I'm sure Tom's are the same though. SS lines are the best bang for the buck brake mod, if you ask me.
