Propeller Shaft U-joints
I had trouble putting in the Euro-Drive C-clip replacement ujoint I got from Canada .. suggested here. One shaft (axis) worked fine.. one was too tight, bcuz caps had to b pushed too far in (together) to get C-clips in!
New driveshaft OEM online includes center bearing.. so $488! So far, I can't get them to leave the bearing ($170) out.. even tho I just bot and installed one.. Hmmm? Know any other source for OEM propeller shaft w/o center bearing.. ? How about a Chinese version of new.. like svxfiles axles.. ? Thanks..

New axle from China, $70.00 with lifetime guarentee.
New axle from Japan, $229.54 through www.subaruparts.com. Hey, they came down. No luck on driveshafts so far as I know.

That is not bad considering I was quoted $1050 for a driveshaft for my 97 outback from the stealership
