For anyone with Facebook:
1. Go to Facebook (any page)
II. Scroll to the Bottom C. Click on English Δ. Scroll to English (Pirate) and select it 101. Sit back and enjoy the awesome.

 Not sure. At the very bottom of the page on the left side there should be a spot where it says the language you're using. If you click on that it expands into a menu. One of the options should be "English (Pirate)".
