Alignment Questions

So here's the deal. Over a year ago I replaced my front strut/spring asseblies with the ones off my parts car and I didn't matchmark the camber bolts or adjust them or anything. Then I replaced a rear wheel hub, again not paying attention to the camber.

Strangely when I'm on the highway my stearing wheel is tilted to the Left 10 degrees or so, but the car keeps going straight when I let go of the wheel.

I just got new tires and I want them to wear evenly and last a long time. Should I get an alignment done? My even bigger question is can/should I do the camber myself and if so how?

Midas wants to charge me $50 for the alignment plus $44 per side that needs the camber ajusted.

So what should I do?
