I first registered the name "aredubjay" on the KC site, in 99, before I bought my car. It's where I learned of the "o-ring fix." I'm happy to say that "The Evil Twin" has a fine, rumbling KC Exhaust. I just hope it doesn't need any warranty work.

LaaryIII (yeah... I can mispell names, too)

thanks (you too Aredub) for officially regognizing my SVX lover existance. How has that KC exhaust treated you? I was very dissapointed that I couldn't find a damn thing about the SVX except for KC when I first got her. It is incredible how much this small following has grown! Gettin' misty... now let's all get a keg and join arms singing around a crackling tranny fire.

"Kum ba ya, m'Lord <takes out marshmallow and roasts it>
Kum ba ya. <slaps chocolate bar section on graham cracker>
Kum ba ya, m'Lord <takes the two halves of graham cracker with chocolate square and places roasted marshmallow between them>
Kum ba ya. <squishes the two graham halves together 'til marshmallow oozes out>
Kum ba ya, m'Lord <makes "icky" face as marshmallow glues fingers together>
Kum ba ya <licks marshmallow off of fingers>
Oh, Lord, Kum ba ya. <Takes bite of S'more and strings marshmallow down chin>

Oh, the KC exhaust is very cool. Not to loud, not to soft . . . Just Right.

How does the KC compare to the stebro, and what are the specs on the KC, in case someone wanted to replicate it????

I'm still looking for options, but it sounds like a sewing machine right now and that's got to be changed!

I was thinkin' that song, but I thought maybe there would something more appropriate for us, but couldn't think of anything. I think you got some marshmallow stuck to your nose there... and I'm not sure how, but on your forehead, too.

I need a new exhaust... I was 16 back on KC and their exhaust was deffinitely too expensive for me. Now that is basically a must, I again don't really have the money... but I can't stand having it sound like a fart piper (the way it is now)!

ok soo here is the deal, i did check around about my insurance...i just bought the car, so i have a bank loan on it and i payed 10,900.00 for my svx with 2000.00 down soo i owe the bank 7600.00 but anyways.....i obviosly have to have full coverage and are u ready for this....they want to charge me a lil over 2000.00 for full coverage on my 1997 svx Lsi ooh and that is under my parents insurance.
I am 21, i have never had any tickets or anything, i was invovled in 3 accidents only 1 of which was my fault. I love my car, i have only had it for almost 6 months, but lately i have been checkin out cars, with the thought of trading mine in...u just can't get leather seats, sunroof, v-6, all wheel drive, power everything for under $30,000.00 my life really sucks....
oooh i do have a question for u guys and girls though.....my check engine light comes on and off...i think my car is possesed or something.....*giggles.* ive had mechanics look at it....anyone else car do this?
email me if u wanna, classflirt420@hotmail.com

Wink Oh... Yeah... that 's what this thread was....

I think the topic was insurance..... I have the lizard (or a lizard..??) and that sounds like a ECU resetting itself with check engine light!!! (but then I'm probably wrong....)
