Amazing Dealer Expierance

I stopped by Kerven Subaru in Butler, PA today to have my car 'checked over' because im making a long trip to Chris's this weekend. While there I talked with the techs at length about SVX's, and they opened up their collection of SVX tech training and sales training videos to me. I watched a few of them while I was there. Very interesting stuff! The Master Tech that worked on my car seemed to really know a lot about SVX's, and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

Note the poster on the wall in the background... can anyone recognize it??

Good for you most dealers act like Subaru never even made the car.

I have the first SVX poster they made and the original sales brocure. My freind got them before the car was out yet because his parents bought stock in Subaru back then. Cool stuff

road and track book

Does anyone else have the "Complete Guide to the SVX"(or something like that) Road and Track put it out through dealers in 92 I believe mine is still at my parents house somewhere. Also I have had good luck so far at Westboro Subaru for any one concerned in the Worcester MA area. They will install parts as long as they are OEM. I found my wheel bearing at Subaru Parts.com for $50 (opposed to the $170 they wanted) they put it in no hassle.

Green- I am new here but i had to say:
-Damn your car looks great!!
I plan on making my 92LS-L like new and a little better. I just got it for 2500 so once i get about 3500 into it i think she'll be a sweet car. I already love the car, after 3 weeks of ownership.

Damn! That's a high lift!

Make sure you take some pictures once you get them installed. I'm sure you would have anyway.

It only gets worse (or better, depending on your perspective) after 3 years.

Was this the 150 page Book that Road and Track did back in 92 or so..??? if it is.. I have one.. it is starting to get a Little Ratty looking.. No, not from Use but from MOving around and around. GOing from one folder to another.
Still it's in one piece with no missing pages.. I wish I had known of the other Subaru Memorobila LIKE THE MUGS..

I have the R&T Guide to the SVX. I do not have the original. I have a CD Rom someone made. From that I printed out each page in color and put them in vinyl sheet protectord. Then I put all the pages in a loose leaf binder.
I will bring it to the Reading IV (I think Roman numerals are cool -- I had IV years of Latin in HS) SVX Meet in April. You can copy it there. I'm sure there is a Kinkos or other copy type store in the area.

I'll be happy to make up some more of the CDs for the meet.

Perhaps people would be willing to make a small donation to the network in exchange for a CD?
