I personally do not like apple macs. I did like the IIe at the time though. I have managed to crash Macs on daily basis OS 7-9 compare to windows NT or XP. I have yet to put my hands on the OSX to see if it was all it said to be. We'll just have to wait and see.

A MAC is something else, I forget what. If you are talking Macs, then you're talking about a Macintosh computer, which is owned by Apple. And APPLE MAC is like saying a SUBARU CAR. First, you look like an idiot since Subaru doesn't produce a 'CAR' model, and secondly, you're capitalizing everything which looks stupid. Anyway...eh... I have has OSX crash once. But even then it sorta just fixed itself. >shrug< XP is ugly, Win2000 is alright, OSX is pretty good, but I like OS8.6 best. Crash free and easy to play with.

Who looks like an idiot? When I say Apple Mac, I mean all Macintosh Apple makes. Period! G3, G4, I-Mac, I Book, I mean all. They look different in a nice sort of way. I have to give them credit for that. Apart from that, Sorry, they are over-rated, expensive, and they just crash. I'd personally use BEOS to Mac OS any day.

To show you how stupid you look, from this post forward I shall refer to the svx as SUBARU CAR!

Do what you want and call it what you want. I call mine SVX. Some call theirs moneypit. Some dimples. You can call it Subaru Car.

As for being stupid, I don't think I am the one. When I say Mac, like I said before, I assume all apple macs. Not apple IIe or apple i-pods.

You are not making sense now. Let's try this a simple way according to your logic. I will show you where I come from...
SUBARU = APPLE
SVX = Macintosh
Legacy = IIe
Impreza = i-pod

See what I am getting at? You are saying all apple products are the same. I never claimed that. So... Ball's back in your court again.

I dont agree my mac never crashes. I don't have to defrag and reformat constantly like pc users do. Unfortunatly i have to use windows nt and 2000 at work and it sucks. Plus Macs hold a much higer resale value than pc. OSX is a much better Os then Xp. I have to trobuleshoot all the operating systems because of I do tech support for Broadband internet. And macs are the least troublesome hands down. And overpriced, i think you get what you pay for. A 800mhz g4 is comparable in speed to a 2.66GHz
pentium. 1.25 ghz daul processor blows the pentium out of the water. I like the mac also because its also unique and stylish...like an SVX.

Subaru car = Apple Mac?

Sorry, there is a flaw in that logic. I love relational problems. That's how I managed to ace my last IQ test. Did the relational problems in about 1/4 the time alloted.

Apple is to Mac just like:

A. Subaru is to Car
B. Car is to Subaru
C. Subaru is to SVX
D. SVX is to Subaru

A computer is a computer. I have worked on almost every computer from BASIC through Fortran, to DOS, to MacOS, to the 31 Flavors of UNIX and Windows

I can crash every one of them if I want. No one is perfect.

Do you like Subaru or Ford? Who cares? Its you're choice. They all have strong points and they all have weak points.

You might as well argue if holding up your index finger and middle finger in a "V" means Victory, Peace, or now Verizon.

Of course, if you do this, holding your fingers backwards, in some European countries, it could mean . . . you're in for a fight.
