flex plate problem

im doing a 4.11 swap and im trying to take off the old torque converter but whoever put the torque converter on to begin with stripped one of the four bolts that holds the torque converter onto the flex plate. now i don't know how to get it off. please help !!!

left hand drill bit and extractors if you are lucky the drill bit itself will unscrew it. (PB blaster helps too if you soak it). or you can try a chisel and hammer using the chisel to dig in and try to tap it around. Or you can cut a slot and try to use a flat tip screw driver but that rarely works well and can be a PITA to cut the slot.

i have striped bolt sockets but for some reason they won't grip the bolt.

if you have a dremel, get a cutoff disc on a snake head and cut it off, once your free, just get a screw extractor

i tried vice grips and i don't have a dremel. there has to be some easy way to get it out.
