That sounds cool... there is also a meet in La Canada on Saturday AM...6-9, called the Early Rodders, hot rods and vintage euro cars show up. It get pretty big this time of year. Anything and everything. A few japanese cars have started to show as well.

Well sort of. I'd rather it said "Dark Teal" next to the year.

I found an Ebony Pearl one night just down the street from work. I was able to park next to it and snap some crappy cell-phone pics, but I really liked that color. I wasn't as big a fan of the tan interior, or brown tint, but there's nothing like a side by side comparison to show why you don't want a cheap paint job like mine. Someday my car will be getting the body work she so much deserves, but until then I'll be the one in the black(ish) SVX with the chips on the hood and teal door sills.

If the door sills are Teal, will you paint it Teal? Actually, I really like the Teal, the greens and blues reflected in the light. Unfortunately, most Teals today are a bit faded. I really do like the Teal we have, and its far from perfect. Not many SVXes are perfect, if she runs, enjoy it, and bring it along. The Museum meet is for those that love cars, love SVXes, and appreciate those that do. Looking forward to meeting you soon

She's kind of a Monet: Looks great from a distance, but up close it's just a mess. She'll be there in all her glory and with all her flaws. Just don't make me park next to dbarnblatt's pristine '97. I can't wait to see that car, but "Bandit" might not appreciate being upstaged.

Somehow I don't think these cars are that sensitive! They really like being together, just like the owners that appreciate them! ....but then, maybe a bad boy Bandit might be different!
