wtb exhaust pipe

The passenger side pipe in between the exhaust manifold and main catalytic converter. I don't need an O2 sensor with it. Need this part asap.

I've got the pipe from just aft of the O2 sensor to just aft of the cat (since I replaced the cat with a resonator)...just make me an offer that covers shipping + my time...

Good luck getting a shop to do it...

I looked all over, and no one would straight pipe through the 2 primaries to the junction, going from 3 cats to 1, even though you only need 1 cat. Maybe if you drilled holes in the cats, so they obviously need to be replaced, I think the law says something weird about not touching cats that aren't broken...

Or unless you can bend your own, in which case this was completely useless to type...

Brian,
Having gone the "no secondary cats" route, I can assure you you don't want to do it. You'll get a rather nasty resonance between 2 and 3k rpms. I had a shop sort of "look the other way" when I showed up with two resonators to have welded in where there was only solid pipe ("the factory diagram says there should be cats here"). The easiest option is just getting both secondary cats replaced at the same time. There are a lot of high flow cats available for relatively low cost.

I'm not rich anymore, all my Iraq deployment money is gone
I'm just looking for a quick-fix I don't care about the sound the exhaust makes.. I can fix it later.

It's really not an issue of sound...the resonance will vibrate the entire cabin...

Brian, please do the correct thing to your SVX and fix it right the first time. (Don't look back and see that you spent 100 bucks here, 100 bucks there, and another 100 bucks to finish it all, when it may have cost just $150 after alittle research the 1st rime around) If it is really your cat (not a cam time issue) then you have some rather cheap aftermarket options like Walker (old and trusted company) hi-flow cats available for 30-40 bucks each that would work nice in your car. Do us all a favor here and determine what the cause of the problem is before making any corrections or spending any money. My logic dictates that your car has either a 1) jumped T-belt or 2) a broken substrate in that cat (hence the comp. check idea).
Good luck bro.

I've been running straight pipes for over a year. The resonace is audibly noticeable at 3-3500 rpm's but I've never felt a vibration.

If I were to do it again, I would put a cheap cat inline or resonator but it's not enough of an issue for me to spend the time on.
