Thanks for the suggestion; however I have been throught the adjustment drill, many times. I will adjust it, and it will work perfect, only to fall out of adjustment a day or two later. Because of this, I am sure it needs to be replaced....however I have become very proficient at adjusting the damn thing!

I think the sweeper arm gets faulty, or misses some spots when sweeping the dielectic surface Tom. I had to replace mine once for similar reasons. You should get the $170 one from dcarb's source, it sounds good, good price.

Yeah, these marines get sent on holidays to all the nice places, don't they??

As suggested, I ordered a tps from auto zone. It is identical to the oem sensor I replaced. Thanks dcarrb for the reply! I installed and adjusted it yesterday. So far, so good.
