Nissan GT-R pics released early....

"The 2009 Nissan GT-R boasts a 0-60 of 3.5 seconds. It has an 11.7-second quarter mile with a 192 mph top speed. Oh, the price, under 80K. The larger-displacement 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 produces approximately 450 horsepower.

Motor Trend decided to piss off Nissan, and revealed this pic a week early.

looks kinda like an Audi beet in the face with a baseball bat. performance seems ok. but for close to $80 grand, I would invest in a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S.

Updated world pedestrian safety requirements are the reason for some of these similarities in front end design. or lazy designers. I liked the more angular concept car much better too, this is really too much like a 350Z with a 4th gen Eclipse front cut

Looks like they successfully ruined the car by forgetting to paint the a-pillars. Just as I expected.

I'd ***** about the price, but turn back the clock about 15 years and people would say the same kinda **** about our beloved snoob.

Good choice of words. Love the numbers on it though. 11.7 1/4 mile.

It'll still be uber expensive. There will be little to no gas or oil to put in it. Gas will be $125 a gallon.
