Can't hate on him for it. The other post is mis-poster in the wrong category. Still a nice looking SVX.

Why are the side vents behind the tires? Wouldn't you want them in front of the tires so the air can get to the engine compartment and not the firewall like it seems to work with them behind the wheel well?

Maybe a stupid question, but on the "yellow bird" the vent is in front of the wheel. It may not matter.....any input?

Nawww!!

I personally don't think any of these "body stickons" add anything to an already beautiful car. No offense Silverspear.

I like the rib allong the bottom AKA concept car unit, but could do without piece that sticks on over the moulding behind the rear door, a proper piece would likley simply replace the entire lower body moulding. As I recall one of our members had something like this that he was designing.

Non taken, Lee... mine are not "body stickons", they are rather moulded to replace original.

I think you could prbly work on them a little bit and make them blend into the sides. As much as some people don't like it, at least he is trying something new. We're never going to have much of an aftermarket if the community keeps shooting people down everytime a new idea is put through. I've been around the forums for 3 years now, and I remember when people used to flame others about Air Intake and ECU chips, now look where we are, ECUtune is a huge improvement for the SVX community, esp now that the MAF problem has been found - the future looks bright!

I am not against other ideas, in fact i respect innovation at all levels.. and I do not keep things to myslef... If you see I asked Earl not so long ago to post in the How To Docs a manual about how to make molds and mix fiberglass... I encourage others to take the initiative I took 3 years ago.

But at least let the thing be done correctly !!!
ECUtune perfected chips for SVX's, let it also be with exterior and interior modding that some people are attempting.
