I didn't know it registered past 99.

Georgia 400 northbound between the Chattahoochee River and Holcomb Bridge Road, Saturday, 8/20/05, approximately 4:00 p.m.

OUTSIDE TEMP: 102 degrees. (With humidity to match.) Air conditioning is a wonderful thing.

When it read 99 a bit earlier on the downtown connector in Atlanta, I figured it was maxed.

The lowest I recall to date was 6 degrees, one day last winter.

Fortunately, we don't get too many negative-number days down here.

Lucky you....

Actually when I first saw this thread title, I thought it was going to be a "street racing" type thread...

"I was sitting at the red light and a Camaro pulled up beside me. As the light turned green I hit the "Auto" button. As we're heading to the next light, I'm nice and cool as the thermometer is registering at 104 :-O "

Yeah, well, the only way to get anybody to read my dull posts is to use subtle deception.

New England is such a wonderful place. I've seen both triple digits and negative numbers on the good ol' SVX thermo!

The guage pack I installed (from a Forester) has an outdoor temp guage that goes wacky every now and then and tells me that it's 147 outside
