Bead crush mod

I have done this to my car a while ago but I must say that I do have quite a hesitation when I open it up to WOT. The engine accelereates...then dies out and jump for a sec and dies out again.... I was not sure, so i did not cut the tan resistor. Should I have cut it??

Yes, and it was a bead crush, not a wire cut.

Do I detect a "gee, Chike only beat me because of this hesitation" excuse in the making?

I agree with Mr. SVXRide, it would appear that Mr. TOMSSVX is concerned that Mr. Chike or Mr. SVXFiles is going to drive by him on the 25th as if he was stuck in the La Brea Tar Pits. My humble dollars are on Mr. SVXFiles and his awesome supercharged SVX.

p.s. was there not a thread on the NASOIC site that mentioned Mr. SVXFiles running over 9 lbs of boost with H2O/Methanol injection? Or perhaps I am mistaken...

It never hesitated at the track which was a surprise. When it does hesitate though, it makes a hugh moan from the intake(filter) like it is sucking up the world Anyway, it is not too bothersome right now but when I wanna goose it, it doesn't always wanna go my way

Tom(I don't need excuses as I will be the one winning!)

Mr. TOMSSVX,
I appears your car should not be discussed on this family-friendly site

Tom, the resistor should only be cut if there's a rom in the socket.
